The MADANI Book Voucher 2026 is an initiative by the MADANI Government through the Ministry of Education (MOE) that provides a RM100 book e-voucher to eligible public (IPTA) and private (IPTAS) university students under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) for purchasing books through the MySiswaPlace platform.

The RM100 MADANI Book Voucher is available to eligible secondary school students under the Ministry of Education (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia) as well as university school students under the Ministry of Higher Education (Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia)

More specifically, according to a quote from Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh in a news report, he stated that "every student from Form One onwards under the Ministry of Education, including those in Form Six, Matriculation Colleges and
Institutes of Teacher Education (IPG)", should be eligible to receive RM100
each.

  • Step 2 - Claim Your MADANI RM100 Book Voucher

    To enjoy your MADANI Book Voucher, you’ll need to verify your student status and identity. The whole process takes just a few minutes and your eligibility result is shown instantly.

    To redeem the MADANI RM100 Book Voucher:

    • Click on the Voucher icon and open the MADANI Book Voucher pop-up
    • Enter your IC Number, Full Name (as per your IC), and Matric Number.
    • Select your exactly university or college from the dropdown list and submit.


    Don't see your university/college name in the droplist? Check with your respective university/college administrative office for clarification.

  • Step 3 - Browse and Pick Your Desired Books!

    How to add books to your basket:

    • Open a book's dedicated product page by clicking its cover image
    • Use the plus (+) icon at the bottom to set your quantity and automatically add the item to your basket.
    • The basket icon on the top-right of your screen should show the number of items in the basket
  • Step 4 - Check out and apply your voucher

    Once you've selected your books, go to your cart and check out your books!

    IMPORTANT! Don't forget to use your MADANI RM100 Book Voucher before making payments.

    To use the MADANI RM100 Book Voucher:

    • Click the Basket icon on the top-right of the screen
    • Click 'Claim Voucher' to apply your MADANI Book Voucher:
    • If the voucher covers the full amount, the total will show RM0.00. Otherwise, you'll eed to pay the difference using online payment.
    • Fill in your delivery address and contact details and click Place Order and a confirmation screen will appear.
    • Proceed with payment (if required) and click Place my Order.
  • Step 5 - Complete Payment and Wait For Your Books To Arrive

    Once you've completed the check out process (and made payments when prompted), you will get a pop-up confirming that your order is being processed.

    You can check your order's shipping status anytime through your account.

Voucher Issues

Can I use another email account besides DELIMa?
No. The vouchers are issued via your DELIMa account to ensure only eligible students receive the voucher.
Can the voucher be used more than once?
No. The voucher can only be used once (one-off purchase). All books intended for purchase must be included in a single transaction.
Can I keep the remaining voucher balance for another purchase?
No. Any unused voucher balance in that transaction will expire.
Can I top up with my own money if the purchase value exceeds RM100?
Yes. Students can make additional payments using the available payment methods.

Can purchases be made at physical bookstores?
No. The voucher can only be used through the Book Capital platform.
What types of books can be purchased?
Recipients must purchase at least one (1) book from the "MADANI Book Voucher 2026 Special Titles" (Judul Khas) category. This category includes works by National Laureates, World Masterpieces, Literary Award-Winning Works, History, Philosophy, Economics, Geopolitics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Technology, Information Technology, and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approved by the Evaluation Committee. After fulfilling this requirement, the remaining voucher balance can be used to purchase any other books available on the Book Capital platform, which offers over 950,000 titles across various categories and genres.
What is meant by Judul Khas (Madani Special Title Focus)
The Madani Special Title Focus category, or Judul Khas, is a curated category of books screened and approved by the Evaluation Committee to support the vision of the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Announced during the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (PBAKL) on 29 May 2026, this initiative emphasizes the importance of reading high-quality, knowledge-based materials. How will the books be delivered?
Books will be delivered directly to the shipping address registered during the purchase process.
Is delivery free?
No. Delivery charges are determined by the Book Capital platform and its appointed courier partners. Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on factors such as the total weight and volumetric weight of your order, as well as the courier service selected. The final delivery fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. Your RM100 MADANI Book Voucher can be used to pay for both your books and the delivery charges. The delivery fee will simply be deducted from your available voucher balance during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery period depends on the recipient's location, the seller, and the courier company selected.
What should I do if the books have not been received?
Check the order status in your Book Capital account, including the "Shipping Company" and "Airway Bill (AWB)" / Tracking Number stated on the purchase invoice.

Head on over to Book Capital's website here: https://mall.bookcapital.com.my/ Click on “Help?” > “Open New Ticket” and complete the information in “My Support Ticket” to inform them and they will investigate and take further action.
