1. Order Processing

Upon successful completion of your order and payment confirmation, your order will be processed for shipping. The estimated delivery times are as follows, based on the accuracy of the delivery address you provided:

 

  • West Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days  
  • East Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days
  • Singapore & International: 14 – 21 business days



Please note that the delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on the availability of items and the efficiency of the delivery service.

 

 2. Notification and Tracking 

Upon checkout, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, another email will be sent containing the tracking number and details for monitoring your delivery via the relevant courier service.

  • West Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days  
  • East Malaysia: 3 – 7 business days
  • Singapore & International: 14 – 21 business days 

 

 3. Delivery Address and Restrictions

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, post offices, or parcel lockers. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with a valid contact number.

 The delivery service may contact you regarding the estimated delivery time or in the event of any delivery issues.

BookXcess shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.

 

4. Change of Delivery Address

Should you need to update the delivery address after placing your order, please be advised that any additional shipping fees incurred will be your responsibility.

Kindly note that the delivery address can only be modified once, and only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.

 

5. Delivery Guarantee

We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes, please notify us in writing at support@bookxcess.com:

6. Seasonal and Natural Disaster Delays

Please be advised that during festive seasons in Malaysia, as well as in the event of natural disasters, there may be delays in order processing and delivery. We recommend allowing additional time for your order to arrive during these periods.
