Am I eligible for the RM100 MADANI Book Voucher?

Currently, the RM100 MADANI Book Voucher is available to eligible secondary school students under the Ministry of Education (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia)

More specifically, according to a quote from Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh in a news report, he stated that "every student from Form One onwards under the Ministry of Education, including those in Form Six, Matriculation Colleges and
Institutes of Teacher Education (IPG)", should be eligible to receive RM100
each.

  • Step 1 - Visit DELIMa portal

    Visit the DELIMa platform and log in using your DELIMa ID and password provided by your school.

  • Step 2 - Enable Your Account Connection with Book Capital

    Once logged in, the MADANI Book Voucher Redemption programme should appear on your DELIMa account dashboard.

    Select the MADANI Book Voucher programme (the Kota Buku Digital icon) and follow the instructions to register your account on the Book Capital website.

    Once your registration is complete, the RM100 MADANI Book Voucher will be credited to your Book Capital account. You can verify that your voucher has been credited by checking your Book Capital account dashboard.

  • Step 3 - Pick a book from the Judul Khas (Exclusive) Category

    As part of the programme requirements, students are required to include books from the designated Judul Khas (Exclusive) category when redeeming their voucher.

    Before completing your redemption, you must include at least one Judul Khas title in your purchase.

    Once you’ve had one Judul Khas in your basket – feel free to pick any other book that you like.

The MADANI Book Voucher 2026 is a Government initiative by the Ministry of Education (MOE) that provides a RM100 book e-voucher to eligible MOE students for purchasing reading materials through the Book Capital platform. Eligible recipients include students from Remove Class (Kelas Peralihan), Form One to Form Six, as well as those enrolled in vocational colleges, matriculation colleges, and the Malaysian Institute of Teacher Education (IPGM)

Voucher Issues

Can I use another email account besides DELIMa?
No. The vouchers are issued via your DELIMa account to ensure only eligible students receive the voucher.
Can the voucher be used more than once?
No. The voucher can only be used once (one-off purchase). All books intended for purchase must be included in a single transaction.
Can I keep the remaining voucher balance for another purchase?
No. Any unused voucher balance in that transaction will expire.
Can I top up with my own money if the purchase value exceeds RM100?
Yes. Students can make additional payments using the available payment methods.

Where can I purchase books using the voucher?
All purchases must be made through the official platform of Book Capital.
Can purchases be made at physical bookstores?
No. The voucher can only be used through the Book Capital platform.
What types of books can be purchased?
Recipients must purchase at least one (1) book from the "MADANI Book Voucher 2026 Special Titles" (Judul Khas) category. This category includes works by National Laureates, World Masterpieces, Literary Award-Winning Works, History, Philosophy, Economics, Geopolitics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Technology, Information Technology, and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approved by the Evaluation Committee. After fulfilling this requirement, the remaining voucher balance can be used to purchase any other books available on the Book Capital platform, which offers over 950,000 titles across various categories and genres.
What is meant by “Special Titles” (Judul Khas)?
Special Titles are a curated category of books screened and approved by the Evaluation Committee to support the vision of the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Announced during the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (PBAKL) on 29 May 2026, this initiative emphasizes the importance of reading high-quality, knowledge-based materials.
