RETURN, REFUND & CANCELATION

1. What is your return policy for books?

We accept returns for books that are received in a damaged condition, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong title/edition). Returns must be sent back to us within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment. Returns based on "change of mind" are not accepted under any circumstances.

In the event that an international order customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect book, kindly proceed to contact or reach out to our customer support via email: support@bookxcess.com.


2. How can I request a return due to damaged condition, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong title/edition)?

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect

3. Do I need to return the book to get a refund?


Yes. However, in certain cases (e.g., minor damage), we may allow you to keep the item and proceed with a
partial refund in the form of a gift card valid for one year based on the agreed mutual discussion.


 4. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued in the form of an E-gift card, which is:

● Valid for 1 year from the date of issue

● Processed within 7 working days after return approval

● Redeemable on our Bookxcess online platform only for any future purchases


5. Can I get a cash refund instead of a gift card?

Yes, however, the cash refund will take up to 21 working days to be fully processed, provided that all required information is accurately submitted to our customer support team.


6. Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable. However, if your order consists of a single item that is found to be defective, the shipping fees will be refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


7. What if I received a damaged condition, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong title/edition)?

Please share clear images of the damage and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and issue a refund via gift card.


8. What if I changed my mind after purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend reviewing the book details carefully before confirming your order.


9. Can I cancel or change an order after confirmation?
