With child-like smiling stick figures, bold, brilliant colour and upbeat text, picture-book creator Todd Parr tells us the do′s and don′ts of underwear. ′Do dress up your dog in underwear. Don′t use your sister′s favourite pair. Do wear new underwear on the first day of school. Don′t bring it for show-and-tell.′ The message is illustrated with Parr′s usual spectacular, multicultural mix of blue, green, brown, yellow and purple faces. Parr′s quirky artwork and eternally optimistic books are truly irresistible, for both grown-ups and kids.
