Cookie Party is a collection of more than 55 scrumptious cookie recipes, each one carefully explained and placed right next to a stunning photograph of a plate full of the finished cookies showing you exactly how they will look. The majority of cookies are either drop cookies or cut-out cookies. Drop cookies are the simplest to make: the dough is mixed, dropped onto the baking trays, and baked. Cut-out cookies are chilled first and then rolled out and cut into shapes using cookie cutters. But there are also Italian biscotti, macaroons, meringues, French macarons, and no-bake cookies.
