Free RM18 e-Gift Card

  1. Promotion Eligibility:
    This promotion is valid for all BookXcess Online customers.

  2. Promotion Period:
    The promotion runs from 12 February 2026 (10:09 PM) to 18 Feb 2026 (11:59 AM)

  3. Minimum Spend Requirement:
    Customers must spend a minimum of RM128 nett in a single order to qualify for the free RM28 e-Gift Card.

  4. e-Gift Card Delivery:
    The RM28 e-Gift Card will be sent to the customer’s email address upon order completion. The email used will be the one provided during the checkout process.

  5. Order Qualification:

    • Each qualifying order will receive one RM28 e-Gift Card.

    • There is no limit to how many times customers can qualify for the e-Gift Card, provided each order meets the RM128 minimum spend and is placed within the promotion period.

  6. e-Gift Card Validity:

    • The RM18 e-Gift Card is valid for two (2) months from the date it is sent to the customer’s email.

    • The e-Gift Card can only be used for purchases on BookXcess Online.

  7. Balance Carry Forward:
    If the e-Gift Card has a remaining balance after its first use, the balance will be carried forward for future use within the validity period. Customers may reuse the same promo code for subsequent purchases.

  8. e-Gift Card Restrictions:
    The e-Gift Card cannot be used as a payment method for the purchase of another e-Gift Card, regardless of denomination.

  9. General Terms:

    • BookXcess reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

    • This promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
