We reserve the right to add, vary or remove the locations for delivery from time to time.
2. Delivery will be conducted even during public holidays and weekends.
3. Should particular items take more time to ship, order will be split into multiple parcels. Customer’s first parcel will be shipped within 48 hours, while the remaining parcel(s) will be shipped at a later date once the items are available.
4. Cut-off time for ordering is 11:59pm daily, with the 48-hour delivery commencing at 12am midnight the next day.
5. BookXcess Sdn. Bhd. will use its best efforts to deliver customers’ orders within the 48 hours stipulated by these Terms and Conditions. In the event that BookXcess Sdn. Bhd. is unable to deliver customers’ orders within the stipulated time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, customers’ orders will be delivered at the soonest opportunity.
6. BookXcess Sdn. Bhd. will not be obliged to entertain any claims for refunds in the event that customers’ orders are not delivered within the stipulated time frame.
7. BookXcess Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
