How do I place an order?
Step 1: Select the book(s) of your choice
Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” icon
Step 3: Click the Shopping Basket icon
Step 4: Confirm the details of the item(s) you have ordered in "View Cart"
Step 5: Get your shipping options by selecting “2-hour Self Pick-up at BookXcess @ Wolf House only"
Step 6: Proceed to checkout
Will I be charged a fee for self-pickup?
Exclusive for BookXcess @ Wolf House, customers will be able to purchase books via online and collect it from BookXcess @ Wolf House in just 2 hours with no additional fees.
When can I pick up my order?
Your order will be available for self pick-up from the moment you receive the email confirmation to a maximum of 10 days. There will not be a refund for orders which are not picked up after 10 days.
Collection time is from 10am to 8pm every day, including Public Holidays.
Cutoff time for 2-hour self pick-up delivery on the same day is at 5pm. Orders after 5pm can be collected the next day from 10am onwards (upon receiving the email confirmation)

What should I bring to collect my order?
Please bring along your invoice and proof of identity – it can be your IC, student card or a current driver’s license or passport (photos of said documents is also acceptable). We cannot release your order without seeing proof of identity.
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes, but to prevent fraud, our staff will call you to confirm the identity of the person you have nominated. In the event that you are unavailable for the call, we will not release the books.
What should I do when I get to BookXcess @ Wolf House?
Upon arriving, there are dedicated parking lots for customers within the vicinity of the venue. Head to the store located at the Ground Floor lobby, and speak to our staff and show the email confirmation with the order number stated.
You may also opt for contactless drive thru pick-up by stopping at the lobby driveway with the “Drive Thru Signage”. Our staff will assist you with the pick-up.
I want to buy in large quantities and might require packing in pallets and container shipment. Who should I speak to?
